Do you clean commercial buildings?

Yes, Executive Cleaning provides cleaning service to Commercial buildings, offices, apartment/condo complexes as well as private dwellings as well as carpet clean.  See service for a list of service we provide.

We provide cleaning services to Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan and surrounding areas

Are you insured?

Yes. Executive Cleaning is WCB insured as well as privately insured. We carry $3,000,000 general liability insurance to protect your business and home. Insurance certificates are available on request.

Are your employees bonded?

Yes. All employees are bonded. Everyone working for ECS is required to provide us with a recent police clearance before being hired.

Do you provide the cleaning supplies?

Yes, for the most part we provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to clean your home or office; unless you have products and equipment you would rather us use.

What is the difference between Residential cleaning and Maid service?

Maid service is a personal service that can include laundry service, folding and putting away clean clothes and linen , changing bed linens, washing and putting away dishes, while residential cleaning is spent just cleaning.

Is a long-term contract required for service?

Absolutely not!  Whether it’s your home or office, your day to day satisfaction is our way of making sure you are always satisfied. There are no long-term contracts or obligations of any kind.

What is included in our cleaning service?

For the most part we clean almost everything and anything you require,  except body fluids, black molds and other hazardous waste.  Please review our package checklist of services we perform for each type of cleaning.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return at no cost to you to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with.

What should I expect on my first appointment?

An initial meeting is strongly recommended but not compulsory.  It gives both party a chance to meet and to discuss your cleaning expectations and needs. We will then arrive at your home furnished with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home. Your first appointment generally takes the longest, as we will need time to get acquainted with your home. 

What will it cost to have my home cleaned?

ECS has a 4hr minimum at 150 per visit. The overall cost will depend on the size of your home and the amount of cleaning required.

How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?

We require payment at time of service. Other payment plan can be arranged with established or regular clients. Commercial clients are invoiced monthly. Payment can be made by check, cash, direct deposit, paypal  or email transfer.

How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?

We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.

  • It is quite common for the home owner to provide us with a key and access code when they are on a regular schedule
  • You can leave a key under a door mat the day of cleaning.
Will I have the same cleaning person each visit?

Your home is your private and personal space and we understand how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home or office. That is why we try our upmost to schedule the same cleaning person or personnel at all times.

Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?

Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you! Regardless of your schedule, you are certain to receive superior housekeeping service – guaranteed!

Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?

If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, we would like a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. We’ll move your visit to another, more convenient time or if you wish or cancel it all together.

Do you offer house cleaning gift certificates?

Yes. You can purchase a cleaning gift certificate for any occasion. (pre or post special event cleaning, birthday, weddings, thank you, mother day….. )

Do you clean on evenings and weekends?

We do our upmost to accommodate our clients according to their schedule. Please let us know that you require weekends or evening and we will try to accommodate you.
